  • Can I cancel my order ?


    Once submitted, your order is sent for preparation. To cancel or modify an order, you must send us an email.

  • What's the return policy ?


    We offer a return policy of 15 days after receipt of the product. To be eligible, you must keep your invoice and the product in their original packaging.

    It can be done in person or by delivery.

  • Can I return my product by delivery?


    Yes. It has to be received within 30 days from the purchase date.

    Yes. From the hair to the Dress they wear, all handmade in Montreal, Canada.
