2. Can I cancel my order online?
Once submitted, your order is sent for preparation. To cancel or modify an order, you must send us an email.
3. What are the return policies?
We offer a return policy of 15 days after receipt of the product. To be eligible, you must keep your invoice and the product in their original packaging. Returns can be made in person or by delivery. If the return is made in person directly, the refund will still be made using our online system. The product must have been sent to us within 30 days maximum, with the delivery method. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method on the original purchase. You must send us an email with your request indicating "return" as the subject line. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, including the return cost and the cost of shipping the package. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages in transit during returns.
